Acquisition Criteria
- Class A/B properties while occasionally considering Class C properties for strategic acquisitions and repositioning
- Under performing or distressed multi-family properties
- 10-20+unit assets
- Primary target markets are Detroit, MI, Atlanta, GA, and Washington, DC
- Ideal locations are near public transportation, shopping hubs, and employment centers
- Acquisitions must have quality tenants, sales comps, rent comps, and in-place cash flow
- Population size must be at least 20,000 or greater within a 3-mile radius
